OEM/ODM Questions

OEM means branding our existing designs with your logo and packaging. ODM means designing a completely custom product from scratch based on your specifications. OEM is faster and lower risk; ODM gives you full product differentiation.
OEM branding starts at 500 units per SKU. ODM full customization starts at 2,000 units. For established distributors with a track record, we offer flexible MOQ arrangements.
The ODM timeline is typically 45-60 days: Weeks 1-2 for requirements and industrial design; Weeks 3-4 for PCB and prototype; Weeks 5-6 for sample testing; Weeks 7-8 for tooling and pilot run; Week 9+ for mass production.
For ODM projects, you own the industrial design and software IP upon full payment. We retain the right to manufacture the product exclusively for you. For OEM projects, the base design IP remains with owwo.
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits in Shenzhen. We can arrange airport pickup, factory tours, and sample demonstrations. For international buyers unable to travel, we offer live video factory tours via WeChat or Zoom.
